MAKING AN ORDERWhat you can send me to make the process easier:
• Character references: it doesn't have to be a full body detailed drawing, just general pictures are fine as long as they give a full picture
• The story/lore behind the character in short
• [optional] Examples of my work you wish you order to be similar to in style/vibe
• [optional] Text description of the character's distinctive features
• [optional] Pose reference or description of a theme/scene you want to see

EDITSSketch check-up part: free edits
Flat color scheme check-up part [for bigger works and scenes]: free edits for colorsWhen finished:
If it's my mistake with the design (e.g. forgot freckles, spots, etc) - free
Anything else - 3 edits are free, next ones ar for 5$+

PAYMENTPayment via Boosty (with PAYPAL or any EUR|USD card).
It's going to be done according to this instruction: VIDEOThe fees for both Paypal and Boosty suck ass and I'm very bad at calculating them - consider they are already in the price.Payment has to be 50% prepayment and the other 50% after you confirm the sketch/composition OR full prepayment! Whatever you prefer.!! About payment retutn option!!
Please note that due to restrictions to f-ed up country I'm in, I might not be able to easily transfer money to you myself and if I need to return money, I will use an intermediary (a uni friend). Otherwise maybe you would have to request a return manually through Paypal. But I really hope that the really hope that this will be the extreme option and it wouldn't come to this! :,)

USAGE OF THE FINAL PRODUCT
By commissioning me, you are agreeing that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein. You are also agreeing to the policy of using the commissioned art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
You are expected to first read my TOS and understand my general commission terms! You may not claim my work as your own.
I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my work. You may always ask for a non-watermarked version but it's preferred toy have it for personal use only.
You can upload or host my work in any gallery (except those used for NFTs), but please use the version with my artist watermark on it!
• You may not mint or sell the commission piece for NFT.
• You may not use my work for any blockchain-related or AI technology, including NFTs, Cryptocurrency, AI Art, and any past/future inventions in the space.
• You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.
I will most probably post artwork done for you on my twitter page, so If you wish for your request to be private, or for me to not post it anywhere please notify me in the process of discussing the order. Also, I might use the work as a commission example in future comms posts, so please tell me if you would prefer me not to!

I'm gonna say it: I DRAW REALLY SLOWLYIf you give me no deadline, I'll be super grateful, as working with my health conditions is a bit unpredictable. I'll try to finish it as fast as possible, but sometime life gets in a way. Tho I'll be trying my best to send you updates according to the terms below :)

approximate checkpoints that I try to followWhile I'm working on your commission, I will be sending you updates and process screenies to get your feedback and fix possible errors in the making. I usually do it as in: part of work is ready -> I send it to you :D
But there are some approximate checkpoints that I try to follow:MONOCHROME PORTRAITS AND HALFS: 1-3 months1-3 weeks: I'll send sketch check-up
1-3 month: I'll send you final / process check-up
3 month from order: if not finished, I'll send you the process check-up but the payment return option is possible
6 months: if not finished, I'll return paymentFLAT COLOR PORTRAITS AND HALFS: 1-4 months1 month or less: I'll send sketch check-up
4 months or less: I'll send you final / process check-up
5 month from order: if not finished, I'll send you the process check-up but the payment return option is possible
9 months: if not finished, I'll return paymentFULL RENDER PORTRAITS AND HALFS: 1-4 months1 month-1 month 2 weeks: I'll send sketch check-up
2-4 month: I'll send sketch/color check-up
6 month from order: if not finished, I'll send you the process check-up but the payment return option is possible

Scenes are really complicated to calculate so it's hard to say. It usually takes around 4-7 months. When returning money, if the work is 50% done (has finished sketch for every medium + base colors for scenes) I believe it's fare to only 50% of money to be returned!! ABOUT PROCESSPlease note, that while working on your cmm I might occasionally post personal art/other cmms. It doesn't mean that I forgot about yours!
I have ADHD and I often work on many pieces simultaneously. Also, sometimes a personal piece I have lies almost finished for MONTH and then I suddenly decide to do the finishing touches and post it.
